New Hope runs it’s own work-based program which enables the residents to receive an income whilst focusing on long-term goals such as pursuing studies & obtaining driving licenses. The main exit strategy would be for each resident to find permanent work outside of the New Hope House and be able to transition into independent living while still being part of the community.
